Social Media Intern: Hannah RawitscherFishbowl

Fishbowl is a social networking platform for professionals. As a Social Media Intern, I managed Fishbowl’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) addressing strategy, analytics, content research, creation, scheduling, caption and hashtag writing.

I managed both @fishbowladvertising and @fishbowlteachers daily. I scheduled posts (both for IG stories and feed), wrote captions, and created content based on each specific audience’s needs.

Obscure Industry Facts

Obscure Industry Facts featured a series of posts from Fishbowl, where management consultants shared industry facts they learned throughout their career. I posted on @fishbowlconsultants Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Fishbowl Insights (Fishbowl’s blog).

Social Media KPIs

Each week I recorded social media key performance indicators (engagement such as followers, likes, reactions, post links, shares, comments, saves, etc.) from Fishbowl’s accounts through Sprout Social. This helped establish weekly learnings from which we iterated on the content to maintain or increase follower engagement.

Social Content Strategy Audit

To inform Fishbowl's upcoming social media strategy, I developed a social media strategy where I researched brands, communities and other media companies. The social media platform research helped inform insights/goals that Fishbowl can implement into their social media strategy of their own for the future.
